I was able to get the warranty details quickly, and everything was clear enough that I didn’t have to dig around forever. it was WAY easier than I expected.

This was really good value for the money. I’m happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

I tried the click and collect thinking it would be a quick and easy pickup, but it really wasn’t. When I got there, nobody seemed to know where my order was, and I ended up waiting around while they looked for it. It just felt really unorganised, which isn’t what I expected at all. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but surely click and collect is meant to be straightforward? I don’t think I’d bother using it again

We popped into the showroom to look at prams because trying to compare them online was just confusing, really confusing. The staff were great, they left us to browse without hovering, but were happy to help when we had questions. There was a good range to try out too, which made things much easier. The only downside was the parking, which was a bit awkward, a bit annoying, but overall it was a good visit

I was surprised by how much was on Pram Centre. Prams, car seats, little extras. All in one place. Made it much easier to compare things. I even spotted a few brands I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Took me ages to decide. Too much choice, really. But in a good way.

I really liked that there were a few different ways to pay, it made ordering the pram feel a lot less stressful. I went with the split payment option and it all went through fine. Checkout was really simple overall, just a little slow at one point. Happy with the experience and I’d use it again.

Found the pram I was after, which was great, though a few of the colours were out of stock so that was a bit annoying. Delivery was ok in the end, not perfect but it got here fine

I went in to watch a pram demo and, well, it was a bit underwhelming. It felt rushed, like they had somewhere else to be, which is always nice when you’re trying to make a decent-sized purchase. The staff did know a few things, to be fair, but some of my questions were kind of brushed over or not really answered. It wasn’t terrible, but I was definitely expecting a bit more guidance before buying.

I ordered from Pram Centre the delivery took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. I did get updates, which was fine, but the whole thing just felt a bit slow and frustrating when I was waiting around for it to arrive.

We popped in to get a new car seat fitted, sort of on the way back from doing a few errands, and the staff were really helpful. They checked it properly in the car and took the time to show me how the straps worked and what to look out for, which was reassuring because I always second-guess that kind of thing.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that we did have to wait a little while, and of course the little one decided that was the perfect time to get fussy. But overall I was happy with the service and definitely felt much safer driving away...

The pram itself arrived okay, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was dented when it got here, and the protection inside felt weak. It just didn’t feel packed well enough. Nothing was damaged, luckily, but the box being dented and the flimsy padding made me a bit nervous. The pram is fine, but the packaging could definitely be better

The safety tips were actually useful and easy to understand, so I appreciated that part. But the delivery took a bit longer than expected, and that kind of chipped away at my trust a little. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped

I mean, I did get my appointment booked in the end, so that was okay. It just, like, took a bit longer than I expected to hear back, which was kind of frustrating but not a huge deal.

I ordered a pram from here and to be honest , it wasn’t quite what I was expecting . It does look nice , but the frame feels a little flimsy and the wheels don’t move as smoothly as I’d hoped . After using it a few times , I’m not really that impressed . I’d probably check out other options next time

We used the finance option for our pram and it was easy to sort out. The confirmation took a little while to come through, but everything went through fine in the end. Overall, I’m pleased with the experience and happy we could spread the cost.

I ordered from pramcentre.co.uk and everything arrived fineee in the end. The courier tracking was a bit slow to update, which was slightly annoying, and the box had a small dent on it, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. The delivery guy was polite enough and left it where I asked, so no real complaints there. Overall I’m happy with the order, just would’ve been nice if the courier updates were a bit clearer.

Bought my pram from here and, shockingly, it was actually the genuine brand and not some mystery knockoff pretending to be fancy. Everything looked legit, no weird copies, no surprises — which feels rare these days.
